Every morning I start from the zero line. I don’t count yesterday’s likes or brag about old work; I look at what your business needs today. A doctor, a clinic, the corner café or a brand-new label all get the same attention.

- Start every job by listening.

- Show clearly what changed every month.
- Know what can and can’t be said in healthcare.
- Write the software myself: QR menus, panels, websites.

- Brag with made-up numbers or percentages.
- Sell guaranteed results.
- Lock you into a long contract.
- Make sales calls.
- Treat big and small differently.
